Sellerboard Alternatives (2026): 6 Profit Trackers Compared

Six sellerboard alternatives with verified pricing and order limits, sorted by why sellers switch, plus a test to check any profit tracker against your payouts.

sellerboard is the default Amazon profit dashboard for good reasons. It starts at $19 a month, or $15 on the annual plan, every tool comes on every plan, and the free trial runs a full month without a card. Most sellers who search for an alternative are not unhappy with the price. They are unhappy with one specific thing, and the right replacement depends on which thing it is.

A disclosure first. We run a private-label Amazon store, and the profit dashboard we pay for is Sellerise. It is the first tab we open every morning. We also have Helium 10’s Profits dashboard through our Helium 10 plan. We do not currently run sellerboard. Our view of it, and of SellerLegend, Shopkeeper, SellerToolKit, and Jungle Scout’s Sales Analytics, comes from their pricing pages, help docs, and public demos, not from our own account. The Sellerise, sellerboard, and Helium 10 reviews carry affiliate links that pay us. The others do not.

The short answer

  • Price is your reason: stay on sellerboard. Nothing on this list is cheaper at 3,000 to 15,000 orders a month.
  • You want alerts, keyword tracking, and reimbursements in one place: Sellerise, on the Growing plan at $39.99 a month.
  • You sell across Europe or several regions: SellerLegend, which includes unlimited Amazon accounts across North America, Europe, and the Far East on every plan.
  • You are UK-based and VAT is the headache: SellerToolKit.
  • You already pay for a research suite: check its built-in dashboard before buying anything, then read the accuracy section below.

The comparison table

Prices are from each vendor’s own pricing page, billed monthly unless noted.

Sellerise $19.99 for 1,000; $39.99 for 5,000; $99.99 for 50,000; $299.99 for 150,000; $599.99 for 300,000. Monthly only 7 days, no card Reimbursement tools with no commission, Smart Alerts, SQP insights
SellerLegend $49.99 for 2,500; $59.99 for 5,000; $69.99 for 15,000; $99.99 for 50,000 21 days, no card Unlimited accounts in all regions; API and MCP server

Jungle Scout Sales Analytics Part of Growth Accelerator, $49/mo annual ($79 monthly); not on Starter 7-day money-back guarantee Bundled with product and keyword research

Two names you will still see on older lists are gone. Fetcher’s site now points to a Jungle Scout shutdown page, and the ProfitWhiz domain is listed for sale. Skip any roundup that still recommends them.

What it costs at your order volume

Order-based tiers make headline prices misleading, so here is the monthly bill at three volumes, monthly billing.

Orders a month 1,000 5,000 12,000
sellerboard $19 $29 $39
Sellerise $19.99 $39.99 $53.99 (Growing plus order add-ons)
SellerLegend $49.99 $59.99 $69.99
Shopkeeper $45 $90 Contact sales
SellerToolKit £32.99 £32.99 £53.99

sellerboard wins every column, and its annual plan widens the gap. Sellerise adds orders at $2 per 1,000 a month, so a store at 12,000 orders can stay on Growing rather than jump to Advanced at $99.99. SellerLegend and SellerToolKit move you between tiers automatically based on your average volume, and SellerLegend charges $0.002 per order over your limit instead of cutting you off. Shopkeeper gets expensive fast: $90 at 5,000 orders and a sales call above 10,000.

Why sellers leave sellerboard, and where they go

“The dashboard looks clean, but the number is not what hit my bank”

This is the most common complaint about every profit tool, not only sellerboard. Jungle Scout’s own help center has an article on why Seller Central reports do not match its Profit Overview. A dashboard counts a sale on the day it was ordered. Amazon pays it out when it settles, after holding most proceeds until about a week after delivery. Refunds land weeks after the sale they reverse. Before you switch tools over this, run the test in the next section. If sellerboard passes it, the gap was timing, and a new tool will show the same gap.

If it fails, look at Sellerise and SellerToolKit. Sellerise has dedicated Payouts and P&L views alongside the daily dashboard, so you can check a settlement against the profit it reported. SellerToolKit tracks cost of goods by batch, which matters if your unit cost changes from one production run to the next, and it includes stock reconciliation against Amazon’s reports.

“I need more than a profit number”

This is why we run Sellerise. The dashboard nets revenue, fees, refunds, PPC, and cost of goods per day, per product, and per marketplace, and Smart Alerts tell us about listing changes, Buy Box losses, and stock problems by email or Slack before we would spot them in Seller Central. Growing at $39.99 adds the reimbursement tools, which audit lost inventory and fee overcharges with no percentage taken from what you recover, plus Search Query Performance insights. Every plan includes an AI connector (MCP) that lets an assistant query your own data read-only, and we use it more than we expected to.

The honest downsides, from daily use: monthly billing only, a low 1,000-order cap on Starter, alerts that are noisy until you tune them, and an interface that assumes you know what the numbers mean. sellerboard is friendlier to look at. One more catch for international sellers: a Sellerise account covers one region, and the pricing page marks reimbursement and review tools as full-featured in North America only, with limited features elsewhere. Signing up through our review link takes 10% off the monthly price for the first year, which is the affiliate program’s standard referral discount.

“I sell in five marketplaces and three regions”

sellerboard handles multiple marketplaces fine, but it counts seller accounts by plan: 4 additional accounts on Standard, up to 16 on Enterprise. SellerLegend includes unlimited Amazon accounts across every North American, European, and Far East marketplace on all four plans, plus multi-user access, scheduled reports, a custom report builder, a REST API, and an MCP server. Every feature is on every plan, the same approach sellerboard takes. It costs more at low volume, $49.99 for 2,500 orders, but at 12,000 orders the gap with sellerboard is about $31 a month. It also has a live demo you can open without an account, which is the fastest way to judge whether you like the interface.

SellerToolKit is the pick for UK sellers. VAT on sales and on Amazon fees for the UK and EU is built in, every marketplace sits in one P&L, and it raises reimbursement cases for you with no commission. A single price covers everything up to 10,000 orders. An optional repricer is billed separately, from £34.99 a month.

Shopkeeper also covers VAT and adds FBM automation and accounting reports. At $90 for 5,000 orders, it is hard to justify over the others unless one of those features is the one you need.

“I want deeper PPC numbers”

sellerboard already shows PPC profitability on every plan, and SellerLegend and Shopkeeper both include PPC analysis. None of the profit trackers is a bid manager. If ads are the real problem, keep the cheap dashboard and add a PPC tool like Scale Insights, or Helium 10’s ad tools on Diamond. Switching profit dashboards to get better ad management is solving the wrong problem.

“I already pay for Helium 10 or Jungle Scout”

Then you already own a profit dashboard. Helium 10’s pricing page now describes Platinum as “limited profit reporting,” with full profit and loss reporting reserved for Diamond at $279 a month on the annual plan. We have Profits through our own plan and use it for a glance at the trend, never to close the books. Our Helium 10 review says the same.

Jungle Scout’s Sales Analytics comes with Growth Accelerator and Brand Owner, not Starter. It imports past Amazon sales and fees when you connect, includes a P&L view, and needs your product costs entered before the margins mean anything. We have not run it. If you already pay for either suite, use its dashboard for a month and run the test below. If it passes, you do not need a separate tool. Our Jungle Scout vs Helium 10 comparison covers the rest of both suites.

How to test any profit tracker’s accuracy

Every vendor says its numbers are accurate. This is how to check, and it takes about an hour per tool.

  1. Pick a closed month that ended at least two weeks ago. That gives late refunds and held payments time to post.
  2. Pull Amazon’s own numbers. In Seller Central, go to Payments, then Reports Repository, and request a Date Range Report for that month. The summary version groups everything by category: product sales, refunds, selling fees, FBA fees, advertising, and other charges.
  3. Pull the same month from the tool, with cost of goods excluded, since Amazon’s report has no COGS.
  4. Compare line by line, not just the bottom line. Sales, refunds, referral fees, FBA fees, storage, inbound placement, advertising, and reimbursements. A matching total can hide two errors that cancel out.
  5. Explain every gap. Valid reasons are timing (order date against posting date), ad spend charged to a card rather than deducted from your balance, and orders still pending at month end. If a fee line is off and the tool cannot tell you why, that is the answer.
  6. Then check COGS on a few SKUs by hand. Units sold multiplied by your landed cost should equal what the tool deducted. If your cost changed mid-month, see which batch cost the tool used.

Fit the test inside the trial. sellerboard’s month is generous; Sellerise’s 7 days is tight, so connect it and pick your test month on day one. If you post settlements to your books with ConnectBooks and QuickBooks, as we do, your ledger is the second reference: the margin there should match the margin in the dashboard, and when it does not, one of them is wrong.

Verdict by seller type

New seller, one brand, under 3,000 orders a month. Stay on sellerboard and pay annually at $15 a month. It is the best value in this category, and it explains itself.

Growing US private-label brand. Sellerise Growing at $39.99. The alerts, keyword tracking, SQP view, and commission-free reimbursement audit replace three separate tools, and that is why it runs our store. (Our FBA reimbursements guide shows what that audit recovered for us in a year.)

Multi-region seller. SellerLegend. Unlimited accounts in every region on every plan, and the price stays flat between 5,000 and 15,000 orders.

UK or EU seller. SellerToolKit, for VAT and a single price up to 10,000 orders.

Helium 10 or Jungle Scout subscriber. Use the dashboard you already pay for, run the accuracy test, and buy a dedicated tracker only if it fails or you need to close the books from it.

High-volume seller on a budget. sellerboard Business at $39 for 15,000 orders is hard to beat. Leave only for a feature, never for price.
