Printify

Verdict: the price-first print-on-demand platform. Lower unit costs than Printful, with quality control shifted onto you.

What it does

Printify does not print anything. It is a marketplace of print providers: you upload a design, pick a provider for each product (sorted by price, location, and rating), and Printify routes orders to that provider for production and shipping. The catalog is enormous, and because providers compete, the same blank T-shirt is often a few dollars cheaper than on Printful.

Integrations cover Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more. Printify Connect gives you a hosted order-tracking page, and the mockup generator is good enough for listing images.

Pricing (checked 20 October 2026)

• Free: $0/mo, up to 5 stores, full catalog, no product discount.
• Premium: from $39/mo billed monthly, or from $24.99/mo on the annual plan. Up to 10 stores and up to 20% off every product (up to 33% on new products), plus custom branding options. Premium is non-refundable.
• Enterprise: custom, unlimited stores, API access, account manager.

The Premium monthly price went up from $29 to $39 this year; the annual rate is where the value is.

Who it is for

Sellers running volume on Etsy, Shopify, or TikTok Shop where a dollar or two per unit decides the margin. Premium’s 20% discount pays for itself at roughly 125 dollars of monthly product cost, which is only a handful of orders.

Who should skip it

Anyone selling a product where consistency is the brand. With multiple providers, two orders of the same item can come from different facilities with different results. If that would generate returns or bad reviews for you, pay Printful’s premium instead.

Runs our store

Printify is in our stack alongside Printful, for the products where a trusted provider and a real price gap make it the better choice. A sample from any new provider before a product goes live is the cost of using the network, and it is worth it.

The honest caveats

Provider ratings are useful but not sufficient; test everything. Support goes through Printify, not the printer, so problem orders take an extra hop. And the “from” wording on the pricing page means the Premium price can vary by region.

Bottom line

Use Printify for the products where cost wins, Printful for the ones where consistency wins, and never list a Printify product you have not held in your hands.
