Verdict: the only marketing channel in this stack that reaches customers who stopped opening email, and it works better than it has any right to.

What it does

PostPilot sends physical postcards (and handwritten-style cards and mini catalogs) to your store’s customers, triggered the way an email flow would be: a win-back card to anyone who has not ordered in 90 days, a thank-you after a first purchase, a VIP offer to top spenders, a card to an abandoned-cart address. It pulls addresses from Shopify, prints, posts, and reports attributed orders through a tracking offer code or a matchback against later purchases.

Because the piece arrives in a mailbox, it reaches the customers email cannot: the ones who unsubscribed, filtered you to promotions, or simply never open.

Pricing (checked 20 October 2026)

  • Free: $0/mo, full platform, pay per card.
  • Growth: $99/mo, or $82.50/mo on annual billing. Aimed at brands around $1 million to $3 million in revenue.
  • Pro: $499/mo, or $419/mo annual. Up to 50,000 pieces a month.
  • Enterprise: custom above that.

Per-piece prices, postage included: a 4x6 postcard is 68 cents on Growth and 64 cents on Pro; a 6x9 is 77 and 69 cents; a handwritten card is $2.99 and $1.89. No minimums, no contracts, no setup fees.

Who it is for

Brands with a customer file of a few thousand people and a repeat-purchase product. The math is easy: a win-back postcard costs under a dollar, and a single reactivated customer at a normal order value pays for a stack of them.

Who should skip it

Amazon-only sellers. PostPilot needs addresses from your own store, and using Amazon buyer addresses for marketing violates Amazon’s policies. Also skip it for a one-time-purchase product with no reason to return.

Runs our store

PostPilot runs a win-back and a post-purchase card for our storefront customers. The win-back card is the one we would keep if we had to cut the rest, because it reaches buyers who have gone completely dark on email.

The honest caveats

Attribution is fuzzier than email; the matchback method credits orders that might have happened anyway, so judge it on holdout tests, not the dashboard. Design and copy are on you. And the free plan’s per-card rate is not printed on the pricing page.

Bottom line

Start on the free plan with one win-back campaign and a holdout group, then decide. No affiliate link; vendor link below.
